About this site

This site was first set up to show comic strips based on Cheery Littlebottom, a character from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series of books. It now also houses quotes from the Watch series of novels, as well as Watch character biographies and some other stuff - have a look around. The cartoons may contain spoilers for Watch books, but these are very few (as long as you've come across Cheery in Feet of Clay).

Legal stuff

I don't know if any of this stuff makes the slightest bit of difference, but I suppose it can't hurt, so: All the Discworld novels are copyright Terry and Lyn Pratchett. I just enjoy reading them. Cheery Littlebottom and most of the other characters in the cartoon strips are also Terry Pratchett's creation. The cartoons and other graphics on this site were drawn by me. Well, I'm female and I live in the UK - vague enough for you? I have been a fan of Terry Pratchett's books since seeing the cartoon adaptation of Wyrd Sisters on Channel Four and going straight out to buy the book. I especially like the Watch series of books. I designed and run this site, and I first set it up to show the Cheery Littlebottom cartoons. At its first URL it started in January 2003, and moved to its present location the following month.
